Restoration of Military Trucks

North Bay Truck Center provided maintenance services for restoring these military trucks.

FAIRFIELD — With a grumbling roar, the engine of the imposing-looking Army Super Mack truck rumbled to life, putting a smile on Herm Rowland’s face.

It is the first time that Jelly Belly Candy Company’s chairman, Herman Rowland Sr., has ridden in the large green Army truck that he acquired last year to become part of his nascent collection tentatively called the American Freedom Military Vehicle Collection.
